Founded in 1913 and incorporated in the State of Delaware, the company offers full lines of jeanswear for men and women under licensing arrangements with the Marithe + Francois Girbaud brand in the United States, and Puerto Rico and Flow Society, a brand registered and trademark that is jointly owned by Isaacs and Jenno Holdings.
